Meet the Developer

I’m an engineer turned digital marketer with clientele including celebrities, professional athletes, and large international brands.

I developed ContractorAi to help my dad scale his kitchen & bathroom remodeling business. The mission was simple. Develop a system which allowed my dad and his team to focus exclusively on installs, estimates and meeting with qualified leads. The system needed ultrafast responses (to consistently beat the competition), it also needed to qualify leads based on budget, schedule meetings, and professionally follow-up.

The Onboarding Process

1. Assessment

You’ll complete a short questionnaire regarding your business and current processes including lead sources, volumes, qualification criteria, services offered, pricing etc.

2. Technology Setup

Setup takes 2-3 weeks and includes integration with lead generation source, Google Calendar and CRM, as well as setting up your AI text/sms and voice/phone systems.

3. Launch

Once the technology setup process is complete, ContractorAi begins contacting leads as they are received. Sit back and watch your calendar fill up or visit your CRM to track progress.

You determine your qualification criteria, we make sure leads meet it. It’s that simple. ContractorAi follows up with leads until they’re either qualified or disqualified.

Meeting Scheduling

Once a lead is qualified, ContractorAi schedules meeting at a time that works for both you and your qualified lead. It can also send reminders and schedule meetings directly to your calendar.

Call Forwarding

Sometimes leads would rather speak with you directly. In these situations, ContractorAi’s conversational algorithm seamlessly connects you with leads by phone call.

Follow-Ups

ContractorAi’s conversational algorithm includes professional follow-ups at varying frequencies based on where the lead is in the sales process. Ensuring leads are nurtured, not annoyed.

Initial Setup

One-time setup up fee covers set up and customization. This includes lead platform, calendar and CRM integration.

Cost: $1,000

Billing Frequency: One-time

Monthly Fee

Subscription fee covers dedicated server space, software integrations, account management and premium customer service.

Cost: $500

Billing Frequency: Monthly, at start of month

Lead Cost

Making phone calls and sending/receiving text messages isn’t free. We simply pass off these costs to clients.

Cost: $5 per lead contacted

Billing Frequency: Monthly, at end of month

Meeting Cost

We’re incentivized to produce qualified meetings. We keep your costs low and get paid for success.

Cost: $25 per qualified meeting scheduled

Billing Frequency: Monthly, at end of month
